How to remove chin and cheeks

Unscrying cheeks and double chin appear as a result of incorrect habits, for example, overeating, slope, muscle weakening. The exception is only the hereditary factor. To remove the chin and cheeks, it is important first of all to eliminate the reason for their appearance.

To pull the problem areas, it is necessary to get rid of excess weight, regularly perform exercises to strengthen the muscles of the face, as well as to make water procedures, contrast compresses and masks. Now we will look at each of these items in more detail.

If you have extra kilograms, start watching your body and go to a suitable diet. Pay attention to your posture. Always straighten your shoulders, straighten your neck and try to watch predominantly forward. It is also important that your sleep cushion is low.

Start strengthening the muscles of the face. For this, exist the following exercises. For maximum effect, perform them daily:

  • Tilt your head to the chest and slowly sweep it back. Make twenty repetitions. So that you do not spin your head, do the exercise sitting. If you are doing it standing, take for something. If you have high blood pressure, it is recommended to refrain from doing this exercise.
  • The following exercise is also more convenient to perform sitting. Throw your head back and try to bite the lower jaw upper lip. You immediately feel that the muscles began to stretch. Relax. Make twenty repetitions.
  • Scatter your shoulders, sit smoothly and high raise your head. Slowly turns to the right and left. Make twenty repetitions.
  • Two or three times a day massage the lower part of the face. Perform smooth movements from the chin line to the ears. Do not press the skin very much. You can also massage the whole face with fast movements of fingertips. Face massage is more efficient to perform with a special gel. Aloe Vera is perfect. You can also simply squeeze aloe juice from your plant and apply it.

Make water treatments. After the awakening and before the departure, rinse the face with cold water. At the same time, you can rinse the neck and zone with the neckline. It is preferable to use infusions from different herbs, such as chamomile, cleanliness, mint, etc. All herbs are sold in a pharmacy in a dried form. Take 1 tbsp. l. Selected herbs and pour it with a glass (250 ml) boiling water. Give the chandelier to breed twenty minutes and strain. Subsequently, it can be kept in the refrigerator, but not more than three days.

Compresses also showed their effectiveness. Take 3 tbsp. l. iodized salt and pour them with two glasses of warm water. In the resulting composition, moisten a small towel, hover it and attach to the face for a few minutes. In the remaining water, put ice cubes. When they dissolve, wash the towel again, press it, put it in the strip and start vigorously patting them by chin. In the end, apply a moisturizing cream. Another compress is very effective: a contrasting with an ice and hot towel. Each of them must be kept on the face for several minutes. Change must occur five times. Make one of these compresses once a week.

Good results give a special tightening mask. If you do not have bold leather, take the yeast, egg whites and lemon juice. Stir them in the same ratio. If you have oily skin, take oatmeal, vitamin A capsule in liquid form and some water. Mix the ingredients. Lie on the elbows and gently apply the composition on the face, neck and zone of neckline. You can apply several layers. After that, lie completely and relax. In fifteen minutes, wash the mask with warm water.

The first results from pulling up the muscles you will notice about three weeks. But remember that the exercises must be done regularly. Otherwise, you just spend the time in vain, because the muscles are controlled only with regular classes.
