  • water;

  • lemon juice;

  • ice water.

Drying technology:

  • Sort the berries by throwing out rotten and moldy instances. Rinse them with ordinary water.
  • Boil the saucepan with water and leave it boiled. Fill the bowl of ice water and retain it aside.
  • Soak the berries in boiling water for 30 seconds so that their skin is cracked. Put the hawthorn skimmer in a bowl with ice water.
  • Prepare in the bowl composition of equal parts of lemon juice and water. Move the berries from the bowl of cold water into the lemon juice solution for 10 minutes. To do this, use noise.

  • Rinse dark glass jars very hot water and let them dry. Place the berries in them and close the lid. Keep banks in a dark, cool cabinet, refrigerator or freezer.
