Almond milk is known since the days of the Middle Ages. Then it served as a replacement of cow and soy milk. This drink is rich in calcium, magnesium and vitamin E. It will become an excellent replacement for ordinary cow's milk for vegetarians or people with lactose intolerance.
Almond Milk: Classic Recipe
Ingredients for cooking:
- Almonds of crude 1 cup by 250 g;

- Add the remaining water to the blender and beat the mixture for another 1-2 minutes.
- Strain the resulting milk through several layers of gauze.
Almond milk made of grilled almond
Ingredients for cooking:
- Almond raw 300 g;
- Water 650-700 ml.
Step-by-step cooking recipe:
- Rinse almonds and dip it with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Put the snapped almonds on the baking sheet and put the oven to 150-180 degrees. As soon as the almond begins to "shoot", get a baking sheet from the oven and give nuts to cool.
- Place the cold almonds into the deep tank and fill it with three glasses of boiled water. Leave almonds for 5 hours.
- Drain the water and pour almond with clean water. Grind the mixture in the blender.
Almond milk with dates
Ingredients for cooking:
- Almonds 1 cup
- Water purified 2.5 glasses
- Picnics (can be replaced by kuraga or other dried fruits) 5-6 pcs.
- Cinnamon, honey to taste
