How to make a compress from vinegar at temperature

An increase in temperature indicates that the body is fighting infection. It is not always advisable to take antipyretic drugs in case of temperature. There are situations when they may simply not be at hand. Then folk remedies come to the rescue, the most widely used of which is cool vinegar compresses.

1
Use vinegar compresses and wiping only in cases where the temperature rose over 39 °. It is not recommended to use vinegar compresses, as well as alcohol, for children under 1 year due to possible intoxication of the body. In case of high temperature, it is better to replace such a compress with a simple damp cloth.

2
Touch your arms and legs. If they are cold, despite the temperature, and the pallor of the skin is also present, vinegar compresses cannot be done. Most likely, a spasm of blood vessels occurred, and excess hypothermia will only lead to an increase in temperature. Such a spasm must be removed by rubbing of the arms and legs to restore blood flow. Or drink a No-shpa tablet, consulting a doctor about the dosage. When the spasm is removed, you can knock down the temperature with this method.

3
Take gauze, or any other loose clean fabric, fold in several layers. To knock down the temperature in a child, dilute 1 tablespoon of 9% vinegar in a glass of water. For an adult, a proportion of 1: 1 vinegar and water is suitable. You can use apple, 3% and 7% vinegar, but do not use vinegar essence for these purposes. Water for the compress should not be cold and have a temperature just above room, so as not to cause unpleasant sensations when contacting the skin.

4
Moisten gauze in the resulting solution and attach compresses to the caviar, wrists and the frontal part. Change cool compresses as they dry out, periodically removing them and again applying the cool side. Wet gauze in new portions of vinegar water and use compresses until the temperature drops to an acceptable mark.

5
Wet wiping vinegar solutions are also used. Moisten a towel in warm water with vinegar and wipe your arms and legs so that moisture remains on the skin. As it evaporates, repeat the process. The body will give heat, and the temperature will subside.

Oxyus has long been famous for its beneficial properties and is actively used in folk medicine. At high temperatures, vinegar compresses will help to cope with the heat, and in emergency cases - wait for the action of antipyretic drugs.

For a long time, all modern competent doctors say that this is categorically impossible. You can only harm. Therefore, the best that can be done at temperature is to maintain a water-salt balance due to a plentiful drinking regime and for the same vitamin to give immunity, there is still sodium there. Therefore, it will definitely be useful. And of course bed rest, it's all important.
