  • You will need 35-40 minutes to cook Masha, do not forget to escape the croup.
  • If you decide to cook soup from Masha, then you do not need to drain the liquid.
  • Pull the stewed vegetables to the cooked Masha - and the soup is ready.

If you need an addition to the side dish, then you need to merge with Masha all the excess liquid and add roasted vegetables.

  • It should be noted that it is not necessary to salt such a croup from the very beginning, but 10-15 minutes before the end of the cooking.
  • If there is a desire, you can add some vegetable oil to porridge.

Recipe kichari

Let's figure out in the Kichari recipe, and find out how to do such a dish and start with the ingredients:

  • Mash - 150 g
  • Fig - 20 g
  • Cauliflower - 150 g
  • Vegetable oil - to taste
  • Carrot - 1 pcs (small)
  • Tomato - 2 pcs
  • Turmeric, coriander, cumin - on a teaspoon
  • Ginger - to taste

Preparation of dishes by stages:

  • We rinse the croup, after which we put it with cooking on a weak heat.
  • While brewing Masha - clean, crushing and fry vegetables.
  • After 10 minutes of cooking Masha, add roasted vegetables to it.
  • Even through a similar period of time, we add rice into the pan (which is required to pre-rinse it in a mandatory).
  • Cook all this for another 25 minutes.
  • We put a frying pan on the stove, pour into it some vegetable oil and throw all the spices there, and do not forget about salt.
  • All this is mixed and plunging until the oil boils.
  • We mix all the ingredients together and tomize on slow fire for a few more minutes.
