  • Sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.

Phased process of making marinated ginger:

  • Ginger cleanse from the peel.
  • With the help of a vegetable knife or a thin knife for fruit, cut the root on thin plates.
  • 1.5 Glass of water with the addition of salt boil and fill the prepared root for 10-12 minutes, then drain fluid.
  • Now boil the remaining water with sugar and pour ginger.
  • Add vinegar to the pouring.

Marinated Ginger in White Wine

This will require:

  • Ginger (Fresh) - 250 g

  • White wine (preferably it is dry) - 40 mg.
  • Rice vinegar - 100 ml.
  • Vodka - 25 g.

How to cook snack:
