  • pan must be not deep and not wide;
  • mushrooms omit already in boiling water;
  • marinen fill must cover mushrooms, to avoid mold;

  • you can not mix the types of mushrooms during cooking;
  • close the banks are better than polyethylene lids or just cover the can with sheets of simple and parchment paper, tie tightly;
  • mushrooms will be ready in 25-30 days.

    Important: It is not recommended to dilute the finished fill with water.

How to store?

  • remove the whole mold with mushrooms;
  • digest
  • prepare boiling salted water and rinse mushrooms in it;

  • lemon juice, citric acid or vinegar;

Recipe of pickled mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • mushrooms - 1 kg;
  • 8% vinegar - 2/3 glasses;

  • bay sheet - 3 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

  • pour water into a saucepan;
  • add vinegar and salt;
