Healthy food adherents are constantly looking for useful and delicious foods. Basically, they are laid on vegetables and cereals and squeeze them with a variety of spices and oils. In any large store, unusual oils are sold, which replaced banal sunflower on our tables. It is nutty, flax, and sesame, and grape bones. Not so long ago, buyers began to see on the shelves the rive oil, which is quite expensive. From the product name it may seem that they make it using the mushrooms of the Ryzhiki, but it is completely wrong.
Raw Matter
Oil Ryzhikov came to us from the long time when it was prepared from the wild plants our grandmothers and great-grandmothers. The plant was so called "Ryzhik" and it was similar to the grass "shepherd bag", but with bright yellow flowers. In the old days, when sunflower was practically unavailable by simple people, the oil pressed from any oilseed plants. It was then that it was noticed that wild-growing Ryzhik had a lot of fatty seeds, of which there is quite tasty oil. The seeds of the plant went not only for the manufacture of a useful product, but they were also collected for sowing in the garden.
Gradually, with the development of intensive crop production, the rive oil went into oblivion. It was replaced by oil from sunflower seeds, which today is grown in huge quantities. A wild redhead could only be found in certain areas of Europe and Asia, where a lot of sunny days and summer is rather roast. Today, with the development of the food industry, biologists began to specifically withdraw new varieties of oil cultures, one of which is the rhyger sowing.

What does the Ryzhik sowing look like?
The plant belongs to the cabbage family.
- In some geographic latitudes, it is grown as an annual, in others - as a two-year-older. It depends on climatic conditions, but the seeds in any case give absolutely all plants.
- The height of the bushes can vary from 30 to 80 cm. A rather dense stem below practically does not have leaves - they grow starting from the middle of the stem and in this place also a plant branches.
- At the ends of the twigs are blooming yellow flowers that are collected in loose brushes.
- The plant is bee-axes - without a variety of useful insects, fruits with seeds can be semi-empty.
- The beginning of the flowering of the Ryzhik - May, the collection of seeds for further processing them - June-July.
- In the place of the flooded floweries, the grid is tied with volumetric pods filled with seeds. The length of the pods is quite small - just up to 1 cm. The width, compared with the length, is considered to be large - approximately 5 mm. Because of this, the shape of the pods with seeds resemble a barrel or a pear.
- Seeds, from which oil then make, have yellowish brown and they are pretty small: 1 * 1-2 mm.
