We take four portions:

  • Bulgur - 250 g
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc.

  • Eggplant - 1 piece
  • Tomato - 1 piece
  • Garlic-1-2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Spices to taste (carry, cinnamon, black pepper)

Cooking method:

  1. Wash all the vegetables, cut into cubes.
  2. Pour oil into a preheated pan and warm it up.
  3. Add seasonings with garlic, warm up.
  4. Add vegetables and put out a little over low heat.
  5. Add washed bulgur, mix.
  6. Transfer the resulting mixture to a cauldron or a pan with thick walls and pour 500 ml of water or vegetable broth.
  7. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce the fire and simmer for another 30-40 minutes. Ready!

Bulgur with beef - a simple recipe for every day

Ingredients:

  • Bulgur - 200 g
  • Beef (minced meat) - 300 g
  • 400 ml. water
  • Carrots - 1 piece
  • Green onions - bunch
  • Greens - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable oil-3-4 tablespoons

Cooking method:

  1. Rinse the bulgur, pour water and cook over low heat
  2. Grate the carrots
  3. Warm up the pan, pour oil
  4. Fry the carrots slightly
  5. Add minced meat to carrots and bring to readiness
  6. Add green onions
  7. Mix the minced meat with bulgur, salt and pepper to taste
