Recipe

First option:

  • Clean the onions and carrots.
  • Cut vegetables with small cubes.
  • In the pan, pour olive oil and give it well.
  • After the oil is warm up, pour for roasting carrots and onions.
  • When the bow becomes transparent, add garlic.
  • Cover the vegetables with a lid and slightly protubet on medium heat, for 5 minutes.
