More recently, such a drink, like "Molkocheia", seemed to many at least unusual and strange. Today it enjoys great popularity in the narrow circles of "big" people. Surprisingly, the usual tea with the addition of no less familiar milk is not only incredibly tasty, but is also very useful and effective in the fight against extra kilograms and centimeters. For a long-term mondue of the milk, of course, not suitable. It is better to use it as an addition to the main diet program or for a one-day unloading day.

There are two preparation options for slimming:

  1. According to the first recipe, tea should be brewed not boiling water, but hot milk. To start, warm the 1 liter of pasteurized milk in the enameled dishes before the formation of small bubbles. In general, I do not see any special properties in tea and milk in order to lose weight. Slimming is primarily a calorie deficit and activity. If it does not help, it means that the case is in the thyroid. I had it so far, the course of hormone therapy did not pass. Now I support myself endocrinol. As part of the White Pepper, which is very convenient, it is not necessary to brew it .... As you did before. And with the weight of the way everything is in perfect order.
