Apricot jam is an excellent source of vitamins and nutrients that contribute to improving immunity, serve to prevent and treat heart and stomach diseases. - 5 kg of large or medium apricots;

Apricot jam slices - Preparing apricots
For the preparation of five liter jam cans, it will take 5 kg of apricots.
We need ripe or slightly submerged medium or large fruit. If apricots are too surpassed, they will lose the form during cooking, and we will not get jam with whole slices.
- All the fruits need to rinse thoroughly. For this we put them in a larger water container, after which we rinse each apricot separately.
- Cut clean apricots on the slices of the desired size, we remove the bone. You can cut apricots in half or make lolly smaller.
Preparing apricot jam slices
- Approximately half of the prepared fruits fall asleep into the container in which we will cook jam. It is best to suit stainless steel dishes.
- I fall asleep 1.5 kg of sugar.
- Lay out the rest of the apricots.
- Then add remaining sugar. It is not necessary to mix. Pay attention to the amount of sugar. It can be reduced if you want to get in the end not much sweet jam.
- We pour a glass of water and leave for a few hours so that the apricots will let juice.
- We put the jam on the fire, waiting for boiling. Periodically need to stir so that the sugar is dissolved faster.
- After boiling, remove from the fire and wait for the full cooling of the jam.
- We do the sixth and seventh step three or four times.
- Jam is ready, spread it in advance prepared banks.
