  • Cocoa 10 g

Cooking method:

  1. Mix egg yolk with a tablespoon of water.
  2. Add condensed milk and mix with a whisk.
  3. Put on the fire and heat the mass does not thicken, stirring it all the time with a whisk.
  4. Let the cream cool.
  5. Beat the butter and add the already cooled mass to it.
  6. At the end, add cocoa and your cream is ready.
