What is needed for sauce?
To prepare bolognese, we will need:
- Minced pig-beef - 400 g
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Tomato Juice - 0.5 Glasses
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 1 teeth
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Salt
- Pepper black hammer
- Blend of dried Italian herbs
- Wine white dry - 100 ml
Cooking bolognese
- In a pot with a thick bottom, we pour vegetable oil and put on fire, while the oil heats up finely cut vegetables, then we ship into the pan.

- When the vegetables roasted until golden color, we join the minced meat.
- Masters 10-15 minutes, constantly stirring, in order to avoid burning.
- Add wine and wait until its smell evaporates. At this time, we mix tomato juice and tomato paste in a separate dishes. We add a mixture into a saucepan, waiting for boiling.
- We put on the minimum fire and cook 1.5 - 2 hours before the sauce thickening. After adding salt, pepper, the mixture of Italian herbs, we thoroughly mix and remove from the fire.
