  • Tomato juice 1 l.
  • Sweet Bulgarian pepper to taste.

Sequencing:

  • Add sugar, salt and cinnamon in tomato juice. All mix and boil on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Green tomatoes 1-1,5 kg.
  • Garlic 2-3 teeth.
  • Black pepper 10-15 pcs.
  • Carnation 4 b.
  • Sugar 4-5 tbsp. l.
  • Salt 3 tbsp. l.
  • Vinegar 9% 2 Art. l.
  • Water for marinade 1.5 liters.
  • Bay sheet 4 pcs.
  • Bitter pepper to taste (or Chile).

Sequencing:

  • In sterilized banks, put the washed green tomatoes, garlic and several pods of bitter pepper or chili.
  • Add the bay leaf, carnation, pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar into the water. Mix all and put on fire. As soon as the brine boils, you need to remove it from the fire and pour tomatoes in banks.
  • Close the cans with covers and leave them cool. Store cans with tomatoes at room temperature, in the refrigerator or a cool place.
