In order to systematize documents, as well as to facilitate the work of the personnel, a special form has been developed - "Working Time Accounting Tabel". Requirements for its completion do not depend on the organizational and legal form of the organization. For the lack of a table, with the help of which the staff spent time is taking place, it is provided for administrative responsibility under the legislation.

The Tabel is a form in which in the context of each employee reflects information on the number of spent time (days and hours), as well as days, in which there was no worker in a valid or disrespectful reason. Based on the data of the Tabel, a conclusion is made about the presence of overtime or exits on weekends. This document is the basis of salary accrual, as well as reporting to statistical statistical authorities and personnel. The accrual and payment of money on disability sheets is also made taking into account the data of the Tabel. Data in the working time accounting form is made daily. Despite the unified form of form, employers often have questions regarding the nuances of the document filling.

To fix the mode of operation of employees with Rosstat, 2 forms of form - T12 and T13 are provided. The employer has the right to independently choose the necessary form.

  • If desired, the company can use a model form or develop its own tablel form. Important condition is the presence of mandatory details.
  • The filling of the document can be both handwritten and printed. In the latter case, the document is printed at the end of the month.

Legend

During filling, the blank uses special designations - codes in the form of letters or numbers. First you need to specify the code, and after - the duration of working time. The most common are the following notation:

"I" (or "01") - spent within the normal range.

"B" - festive or weekends.

"N" - an outlet at night.

"O" - vacation (next ("from") or additional ("OD")).

"C" - time spent overtime.

"K" - a business trip.

"P" - absenteeism.

"B" - an employee disease (confirmed by a disability leaflet).

"P" - disability due to pregnancy and childbirth.

"OR" - childcare leave.

"NN" is the absence of an employee in place, the reason for the absence is not clarified.

When working at night, the rule should be followed - the night time is considered period from 10 pm to 6 in the morning. During the period of business trips, the number of hours exhibited in accordance with the change standards (the working standard).

  • Fill out the "Name of the Organization" and "Structural Unit" (if any).
  • According to the organization classifier data, indicate OKPO code.
  • Next, fill the details of the table - its number, the date of drawing up, the reporting period for which the data is presented.
  • After you start filling the tabular part of the document. After the Count Count, "Number P / P" indicate the employee's data - his name, a position, a table number.

  • Next, prescribe data for salary accrual. Specify the type of payment that will be manufactured - wages, incl. Traveling (code 2000), vacation tax (code 2012), payments for civil legal contracts (Code 2010), payment of disability sheets (code 2300).   • If there have been a passage of work - indicate the causes of the failure to appear using the appropriate designation, and the number of days in which the employee was not in place.
