They can be purchased in meat stores or in the market. Preparing sausages is not as difficult as it seems at first glance. The main thing is to buy quality meat and follow a step -by -step instruction.

Necessary ingredients:

  • pork blade - 1 kg.;
  • pork fat - 300 g;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • hops-sunels-10 g;
  • salt cook - to taste;
  • black pepper ground-5-10 g;
  • dried chopped ginger - 5 g;
  • nutmeg - 3 g.

The total cooking time is 30-40 minutes., The level of complexity of cooking is medium.

  • 1 step-soak the intestines in salted water for 30-40 minutes, rinse thoroughly under running water;
  • 2 step - cut the meat into small pieces (if there is no time, you can use a meat grinder with a large nozzle);

  • pork intestines;

  • cream (10% fat) - 100 ml.;

  • coriander - 5 g;
  • black pepper ground - 5 g;
  • dried garlic - 5 g;
  • nutmeg - 5 g;
  • garlic - 3 cloves (optional).

  • 1 step - soak the intestines in cold, salted water;
  • 2 step - rinse the chicken fillet, dry with paper towels, cut into strips;
