The baths are a traditional Georgian dish, which is widely distributed in many countries. It is oblong sausages that are obtained very juicy and fragrant. As a rule, they are prepared at home, but thanks to the large growth of industry, they are widespread on sale. Prepare them on their own much more difficult than using the baths purchased in the store. They are prepared not only in a frying pan or grilled, but also in the oven. Thanks to the latter preparation method, they turn out even more juicy, and in combination with vegetables or other ingredients, it is even more delicious.

Baths in the oven for classic recipes

For the preparation of a dish for such a recipe you can use the already purchased baths. However, independently cooked sausages will give a special juiciness to the dish.

What will take:

  • Meat (pork, lamb, etc.) 2 kg.
  • Salo 300 kg.
  • Fresh garlic 2-3 teeth.
  • Intestine.
  • Salt, spices to taste.

Sequencing:

  • First you need to prepare meat. To do this, it is necessary to finely cut and skip through the meat grinder.
  • Salo need to chop finely and then skip through the meat grinders or finely grind with a blender.
  • Salo and meat need to be connected and then add salt, filling garlic and spices to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • The intestines to put on the nozzle for the meat grinder and tie them on one side. Start guts with souse meat and tie on the other hand, then make small punctures in the baths. If you are using already purchased baths, then the above should be skipped.
  • Add a little water on the tray and put the baths on them.

Chicken baths in the oven

Such baths will turn out lighter, as chicken meat itself is more gentle. In the process of cooking, you can improvise and, if you wish to add lull-faced spices, pieces of cheese and other ingredients.

What is needed for cooking:

  • Chicken fillet 1 kg.
  • Onions 1 pc.
  • Spike smoked 150 gr.
  • Garlic 1-2 teeth
  • Egg 1 pc.
  • Intestine.
  • Salt, spices to taste.

Sequencing:

  • Onions should be cleaned and cut into portion pieces. The studs also need to cut. Then skip chicken fillet, spikes and onions through a meat grinder.
  • It is necessary to add salt to the mixture, spices to taste, egg and chuckled garlic. Mix everything thoroughly, put in a cold place for 30-40 minutes.
  • On the nozzle for the meat grinder, you need to put the intestine and tie them with one of the sides. Place the stuffing in the guts and tie a sausage on the other side. Then you need to tie them from above.
  • Share the baths on the baking sheet and put the oven for 30 minutes to be heated to 180 degrees. If possible, after cooking, you need to give a bathhouse on the grill.

Baths with potatoes in the oven

Potatoes in such a dish will make it even more satisfying and give the bathars an extra fragrance, which will make the dish even more delicious.

What is needed for cooking:

  • Capata (semi-finished products) 1 kg.
  • Potatoes 1 kg.
  • Sour cream or mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
  • Ketchup or tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Salt, pepper to taste.

Sequencing:

  • Potatoes need to be cleaned and cut into pieces.
  • In the sleeve for baking put the baths, potatoes, sour cream (mayonnaise), ketchup (tomato paste), salt, spices. Tie a sleeve on the other side and shake it a bit to mix all the ingredients.
  • Bake the baths need to be heated to 180-200 degrees oven 40-50 minutes.

The baths prepared for such recipes will greatly decorate not only the usual, but also a festive table. It is possible to serve them with vegetables, various sauces, sprinkled on top of the greens.
