If the cabbage is solid in the bank, then it is necessary to add brine or marinade. For salting cabbage in a 2 l with a capacity of 3 l prepare the following ingredients:

  • cabbage white - 1 head (take a vegetable weighing 2-2.5 kg)
  • carrots - 200 g
  • water - 1.5 liters
  • salt kitchen - 1 tbsp.
  • sugar - 2 tsp.
  • bay leaf - 3-4 pcs.
  • easy pepper - 7-10 pcs.

Preparation algorithm Next:

  1. First of all, you prepare brines. To do this, we boil the water, pour salt and sugar into it, mix until complete dissolution. Let the resulting brine cool to room temperature.
  2. While our brine cools, prepare vegetables. Cabbage is cut in half and three on a special grater for shredding. Carrot clean and rub on an ordinary grater.
