Thermal method. The thermal method involves removing the oil coating by heating the working surface with a special tool - industrial hairdryer. It is not difficult to perform such work on its own, but inconvenient, so it is better to enlist the support of the assistant: one will send the stream of hot air to the painted wall, the second is to immediately clean it with a scraper. After heating, the oil paint becomes plastic and militant, so the peeling process is easily and quickly. As an alternative to the construction phenomena, it is possible to use an iron and a dense foil: first gradually, the area behind the site, through the foil of the heated iron "stroke" the painted base, then the softened paint is approaching and belongs to the spatula.
The thermal method is one of the most efficient, but it has a number of certain drawbacks:

Chemical method. The essence of the chemical method is to remove old oil paint using certain chemical solutions. The selected remedy for removing the paint coating is applied to the working surface with a wide brush or roller. Mechanical method. The next way to purify the surface from the old oil paint is mechanical. It is quite laborious, but the most affordable and safe. Mechanized method. To remove oil paints from large areas, it is advisable to use a grinder with a petal circle. Instead of grinding, it is possible to use a perforator or a drill with a round metal brush. Consider that with such a cleaning a huge amount of dust is formed, so it will have to often air the room. Additionally, it is recommended to irrigate the workspace with clean water. Closed clothes, tight gloves, respirator and glasses will help protect the face and body from dust and flying paint microparticles.
