How to make sun beds in the steam

It is difficult to present a full-fledged rest in the steam room without a sun bed. For its device, it is necessary to know certain rules, otherwise it simply will not stand the hard microclimate. Select wood for boards. Perfect boards from birch, aspen and linden. Coniferous breeds will be highlighted when heated by a resin, so you immediately postpone them aside. It will also create additional guest facilities. When you mount the boards to the frame, use (if possible oak) wooden pins. At elevated temperature, they will not burn the body. If you do not have wooden pins, you can replace them with metal screws that need to be screwed from below, through the bars in the board. Between levels of tiers, it is advisable to build backs.

You can also make a frameless sun bed, which will rely on the bars screwed to the walls. To do this, attach two brus to the side walls with delay shuchah screws.
