How to make a shop

In the manufacture of a bench for a garden, various materials are used - metal, wood, stone or plastic. A simple bench from wooden elements can be done in one day off.

1
First, throw the drawing and determine with sizes. For the construction of the shop requires the following:

  • Boards 100x50 mm;
  • Bar 100x100 mm - two trimming about a meter;
  • Galvanized screws;
  • Corners 80x80 mm - 4 pcs.;
  • Several gravel and sand buckets;
  • Paving slabs - 4 pcs.;
  • Impregnation and varnish on wood.

Processing the surface is easier to the power tool: the grinding machine, the plane, if there is no, then use sandpaper. In the absence of a drill, the details benches are knocked down by nails.

2
The wood left on earth rotes quickly, so you prepare the foundation:

  1. We place and dig two pits in a depth of 30 cm;
  2. Matture and trambam sand pillow;
  3. Add a layer of gravel 10-15 cm;
  4. Align the plane and lay the pavement tiles.

3
Cut from the boards and bars, planing and grinding. Immediately impregnate the protective composition to prevent wood destruction in places of compounds. After drying, we set the support bars in place and fastened through the corners two secure.

4
We collect the frame of the benches: screw the backrest racks and three crossbars. We put the seating boards, mark the holes and drill. We screw the parts with self-draws, do the same with the back.

5
In the process of work, chips could appear, burrs - it will be necessary to examine the surfaces and eliminate defects with the emery skirt. To complete the project, it remains to cover the product 2-3 layers of the quick-drying varnish KRAFOR - and after a few hours the shop will be ready.

To protect wood, the coating technology is usually used by several layers - impregnation, veneer and finish varnishes. But you can do with one drying butter, which prevents cracking and drying garden furniture, for example, Woodex Hardwood Oil. The advantage of using such compositions is that they do not create a film that cracks over time and complicates the update of the decorative coating.
