How to clean the injector nozzles yourself?

Since today there are dirt, all kinds of additives and impurities for today, cleaning nozzles for every 300,000 mileage is an inevitable procedure. To clean the nozzles, you will need it: a solvent of type 647 or an injector cleaning agent, two syringe for 5 and 10 cubes, a 7 volt power supply (you can use the battery charger, setting 7 volts on it), the power button is not fixed, two Plastic bottles with cut riding.

Before removing the nozzles, it is necessary to lower the pressure in the fuel ramp. I pull out the fuse from the engine compartment and start the car as soon as it is stamped, proceed with the removal of the ramp. It is necessary to unscrew two bolts with 12 keys that hold the fastening of the fuel ramp.

We disconnect the hoses, nozzles and wires, and then we get and completely remove the fuel ramp from the car.

We seem to screw the locking rings and remove them, then let out the nozzles from the ramp itself. Remove rubber seals with nozzles.

Cut the 5-cubic syringe at the beginning and then put it on the nozzle.

We make a chain for the nozzle. Between the terminal and charger, insert the button on the wire. On the second end of the nozzle connect the cell from the charger. It is desirable that the terminal enters the nozzle inside, and the button was in free access to the hand.

A 10-cubic syringe pour a solvent into a 5-cubic syringe cylinder and close the piston.

At the same time, we pour the solvent into the nozzle and short-term movements (approximately 1 s) press the button.

We continue to do so as long as the nozzle does not go uniform spraying.

At the end, we remove all the equipment from the nozzles, we put back the rubber seals and insert the nozzles into the ramp. Return the ramp to the place, connect all the nozzles and hoses back. We put the fuse in place, we bring and check the work of the car.
