Legal aspects

And it is calculated as a total number of all calendar days per minute of the weekend. As a rule, an employee divides his legal holiday into several parts, but it does not affect the duration of the billing period: it is always considered from the day of the first holiday.

The employee is officially employed at the enterprise since July 2014. In May, he takes the first half of the holiday, and leaves the second part for November. The estimated period is determined from July 2014 to May 2015. Since April 2015, it is a countdown for vacation for the next period. If you translate it in the days of rest, the employee comes out for the month of receiving 2.33 vacation days, defined as the relationship between the minimum duration of the vacation (28 days) and the number 12 (months per year).

Important: At the current period, the ration, hospital, and free vacation more than 14 days are not included.

Calculation of vacation days
