Preparation of halva at home

This will need:

  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 0.5 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 0.5 tbsp. vegetable (olive) oil
  • Vanilin - to taste
  1. Fry the seeds slightly in a dried heated frying pan
  2. Grind the seeds of sunflower
  3. Fry the sifted flour until golden
  4. Cook the syrup from water and sugar, add vanillin and oil
  5. Add chopped seeds to the syrup and mix well
  6. Put the mixture in a form in advance by parchment
  7. After a few hours, put halva in the refrigerator for hardening

Walnut halva is prepared according to the same principle:

  • 1.5 tbsp. fried peanuts
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 0.5 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 0.5 tbsp. water
  1. Grind peanuts in a coffee grinder
  2. Fry flour
  3. Boil sugar syrup
  4. Combine peanuts, flour, syrup, butter, mix
  5. Put the mass in shape. Insist and let cool in the refrigerator.

It is worth remembering that Halva is beneficial if you eat it in moderation, experts say that 30 g of product is enough per day. A nut in large quantities can cause an allergic reaction, and halva is contraindicated to people with diabetes and obesity.
