How to get a job permission to a citizen of Ukraine

In order for a citizen of Ukraine to be legally working in Russia, he needs to get permission to work (RNR). How to do this and what documents will be required - we will consider in this article.

Only a person who has been 18 years old can get permission to work. It should also be paid to the attention that the term of the Ukrainian passport must be more than six months than the end time on which permission is given.

For work permit, Ukrainians must contact the FMS Department (Federal Migration Service). This separation should be in the subject of the Federation, where it is planned to work.

The following documents must be provided in the FMS:

  • Migration map of a citizen of Ukraine and its photocopy;
  • Notification of arrival in Russia and its photocopy;
  • 2 photos with a size of 30 per 40 cm;
  • Receipt of payment of state duty;
  • The conclusion of physicians that the citizen of Ukraine has no infectious diseases and it is not a carrier of HIV infection.

If a citizen of Ukraine, who is going to work, there are documents for temporary accommodation in Russia, then the medical certificate in the FMS department can be brought later, but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the PHR.
