The issuance of building permit is engaged:

The first step is to prepare a set of documents. You will need:

  • a document confirming the rights to use the land plot;
  • site plan;

  • project documentation (information about engineering networks, construction plan, explanatory note);
  • if the construction object is a separate worthless private house not higher than three floors, intended to accommodate one family, the project documentation is not needed.

Requirements for the IZhS object:

  • Residential rooms - no less than one. At the same time, the size of the living room should be from 12 square meters, bedrooms - from 8.
