How to get rid of black dots

Black dots on the face cause a lot of troubles for both girls and guys. Most of those who are faced with this problem first believe that these are the consequences of the transition period and an unstable hormonal background. However, as practice shows, if you do not fight black dots and allow them to calmly exist on their own face, then this problem can pursue a person all his life, regardless of age. So how can I cope with this nuisance and get clean, healthy, shining skin? This will be discussed in our article.

1
To begin with, let's figure out where these unfortunate black dots come from. Changing the hormonal background is, of course, the good reason for the appearance of shortcomings on the skin, but if you are not a teenager and not a pregnant woman, then problems, most likely, are not associated with hormones. Black dots are primarily polluted pores that need cleaning. When you go outside, your skin suffers from a huge amount of dust, which is mixed with cosmetics or skin fat and forms sebaceous mud corks. Another reason for the appearance of black dots is malnutrition. Sharp, salty, sweet - all this, consumed in unlimited quantities, provokes the occurrence of black dots and inflammations on the face. Therefore, be sure to follow what you eat, and do not forget to wash off cosmetics after the street.

Now let's move directly to the cleaning of the pores from black dots. At home, you can use various effective face masks. One of them is gelatin:

  1. Prepare 100 ml of milk (or boiled water), 2 tablespoons of gelatin and one tablet of activated coal.
  2. Pull the tablet into powder, mix with gelatin and pour in milk or water.
  3. After 15-20 minutes, when the gelatin swells, put the container in which it is located in a water bath and stir our mask until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. Cool the finished mask to a warm state and apply on the face with a cotton pad.
  5. When the first layer of the mask freezes - apply one more on top.
  6. After about 30 minutes, the gelatin mask will turn on the face into a matte film. Remove it by picking the edge at the chin and pulling up. The contents of your back should remain on the inside of the film.
  7. Wash with cool water to close the pores and apply a moisturizer on your face.

Another remedy that helps in the fight against black dots is an egg mask:

  1. Separate the egg protein from the yolk, for the mask you will need only protein. Beat it well.
  2. Apply protein to problem areas and cover them with pieces of napkins on top. After drying the protein, apply the second layer on top.
  3. When the mask on the face is completely dried, remove the napkins from the skin with a sharp movement.
  4. Wash thoroughly and apply a moisturizer on your face.

To prevent the occurrence of black dots, you should regularly use peels and soft face scrubs. After their use, be sure to wash with cool water so that the pores are closed, and apply a soothing lotion or cream to the face.

These simple secrets will help your skin always remain smooth and clean, even without visiting the cosmetology office.
