Gymnastics for eye

Daily people absorb weight of information, so the eyes are almost constantly in tension. To vision remains healthy and not decreased, the eyes should periodically rest. For this there are special exercises, the execution of which will not take much time.

In order for the eyes to remain healthy, it is important to eat correctly, get enough sleep, regularly perform outdoor walks and make special exercises. There are exercises to relax the eyes and improve their blood circulation. Now we will look at each of them in more detail.

Regardless of whether you have problems with vision or not, first of all it is necessary to perform gymnastics to relax an eye. The following exercises are effective:

  • Sit straight and relax. Mildly attach palms to the eyes. Make sure the light does not penetrate through your fingers. Then lower the elbows on the table. Neck and spine must be on one straight line. Relax all body and breathing. It is unlikely that you will succeed in relaxing the eyes consciously, so just imagine something pleasant. Highlight for this exercise at least a few minutes. It is better than nothing. Then gradually open the palms so that the eyes can get used to the light.
  • Relax and close your eyes. Imagine that the long writing pointer is the continuation of the tip of your nose. Pour it in the air. It can be different words, letters, letter, symbols, pictures. You can do this exercise at work or in transport, only instead of a pointer, imagine a thin needle. Thus, the movements of the head will seem minimal, and you will look normally from the side. You will feel instant relaxation after the first seconds of this exercise.
  • Place your palms with open fingers before your eyes. Make smooth turns head in different directions. Try to look through your fingers. If you correctly do the exercise, it will seem that you are moving exactly, not the eyes. You can diversify the exercise and perform it with open, and then with your eyes closed.

In violation of vision, poor blood circulation plays a large role in the eye muscles. This set of exercises will help you quickly establish blood circulation, prevent myopia or drop view. If you have to spend a lot of time at the computer, perform them every hour:

  • Sit smoothly. Start moving through your eyes to the right and left. In this case, it is impossible to rotate the head. Attach an effort as if you want to see your own ear. It is clear that in practice it will not be possible to do this, but it is precisely with such an effort that an exercise is necessary. Do the same, only now up and down, and then diagonally.
  • Sit smoothly and look at the wall in front of yourself. Imagine the dial of huge clocks on it. Complete circular rotations clockwise, then against it. Hold your head smoothly and do not move. First stay on each digit and lock it, then perform the exercise more quickly and smoothly.
  • Quickly and intensively snatch and open your eyes. Take an exercise at least 20 times. At myntic people, the correct execution of this exercise will cause a clarity that will soon pass. So train eye muscles. At the end, just freeze easily and quickly.
  • Apply an index finger to the bridge and look at it with both eyes. Then look at the object away and again on the bridge. Perform an exercise several times.
  • At the end of all the exercises, close your eyes, place your palms on them and sit down (or lie) so about ten minutes in a relaxed state.

If you regularly perform these exercises, you will soon notice that the eyes began to see much better. They will also stop hurting much during the performance of work. Do not forget to feed them from time to time suitable vitamins.

Every day I do it to keep vision in a tone. In compulsory, still Blueberry Forte from Evalar I serve courses (I order phytomarket in the online store, so it is more profitable), I try to eat carrots. Yesterday were at the reception of an ophthalmologist with a child, he also recommended us to make gymnastics for. Plus prescribed a children's lutein rate, the components of this complex reduce the risk of myopia. Yesterday I have bought, today we start accepting. I hope that the child's vision for the first year of study at school will not decrease.
