Birch juice is an old Slavic drink of natural origin, whose beneficial properties knew many hundred years ago. Drink him and now, but the usual urban resident is easier to buy a packaged product. The use of birch juice is indisputable - it contains various vitamins and dissolved minerals, especially group B. It is useful in the spring, at the same time you can collect most of all the depths, up to 5 liters from the average wood size. Birch juice has its place in folk medicine, where it is used to treat various skin diseases (deprive, eczema, acne) and as a diuretic. Sometimes to save juice for a long time, it is frozen and used in the form of ice. In addition, in different sources, birch juice is used as:

  • balzam-rinsers for problem hair;
  • antioxidant with anti-cancer properties;
  • therapeutic and prophylactic drug with tuberculosis and other diseases of the respiratory system;
  • an aperitif to improve the appetite and metabolism;
  • with a bricken disease;
  • under edema and non-healing wounds.

There are practically no shortcomings of this natural product. Juice is 100% environmentally friendly, as wood serves as the natural and most reliable filter. However, for some, the collection of drink can be dangerous allergic to pollen so-called "birch earrings" - spring inflorescences of a tree.

In Russia, the drink is so popular that every year a birch juice festival is held in the Leningrad region. It is also a nutrient fluid to really extract from other trees, for example, American and sugar maples. Maple syrup is boiled from their own raw materials.
