  • 1 stage - after careful recycling of berries, they must be poured into a plastic basin (metal dishes can spoil the taste) and start crushing (it is better to do it with hands or a wooden rolling pin, so as not to damage the bones and the taste of the future wine did not bother the bitter aftertaste);
  • Stage 2 - Carefully transmitted grapes (also called Mezga) Move into the enameled pan and cover marks to protect it from flies and midges;
  • 3 Stage - Mesu remove into a dark place, where there is no access to the sunshine for 3 days (the storage temperature should be 18-26 ° C);
  • 4 Stage - the grapes began to wander, but every evening it needs to be mixed thoroughly using a wooden blade (stirring a metal spoon forbidden!);
  • 5 stage - after three days, we pull the saucepan with the mezgoy, remove the top layer (can be hand or wooden spoon);
  • 6 Stage - Prepare Two Taras, Crowd Close Male Start Purplification of Juice (This process is called filtration, the juice is cleaned from the peel and is saturated with oxygen), it is necessary to do it at least 4 times until the shell remains on Marle;
  • 7 Stage - Pour the filtered juice into the bottle (if the volume of the liquid is not large, you can use the jar), we use a medical glove from above (in one of the "fingers" you need to make a small hole so that carbon dioxide goes out);
  • 8 Stage - A bottle with future wine should be stored at a temperature not higher than 28 ° C (also avoid cold rooms with drafts);
  • Stage 9 - We begin to introduce sugar (for 1 l. Juice 50 g. Sugar), it is added gradually, from the bottle it is necessary to drop a little juice, add sugar and mix thoroughly, the sweet juice is pouring back to the container (the procedure is repeated every 5 days during first three weeks);
  • 10 Stage - When the glove was blown away, it means that you switched to the final stage of young wine and now it is necessary to remove the precipitate, for this you need to fill the wine into another container and leave it for another 2 days, when the precipitate was formed again, you should merge the drink through the siphon;
  • 11 Stage - carefully close the bottle (it is desirable that it is filled with wine completely) and move it to the cellar for the final formation of taste (the length of the red wine is not less than 60 days).

Observe the drink regularly if the precipitate will appear, it is necessary to filter it. So the drink will not be muddy and acquire a beautiful shade.
