Preparation of containers and ingredients

To prepare any homemade wine it will be necessary. Many use glass bottles, plastic bottles are also suitable. If the wine is fed in the glass, then the bottles are advised to sterilize if plastic is thoroughly wash under running water. Neglecting this rule will lead to the fact that mold fungus can develop and drink such a drink is categorically prohibited. Also consider such moments:

  • cherry choose only ripe;
  • berries are better not to wash (you can remove with leather berries wild yeast, so fermentation will be weak, but if the cherry is very dirty, then it is better to get from the soul to it);
  • all bones need to be removed (it is better to do it in deep bowls so that the juice does not splash);
  • carefully examine the berries (even one rotten cherry can spoil the taste of wine);
  • remove all frozen;
  • if there are worms in a berry, they need to be removed (it's not worth soaring the cherry, "livestock" is removed with their hands along with the bone).

We make wine

We picked up the easiest and most popular recipe. It does not require the additive of wine yeast or taste amplifiers. For homemade wine from Cherry, you will need:

  • cherry - 2 kg;
  • drinking water - 3 l.;
  • sugar - 1 kg. (If you want to get a sweetest wine, then sugar should be used for 500 g. more).

The process of making wine captures. After all, so I want the drink to get tasty. If you comply with the stage of winemaking, then we assure that the wine will definitely succeed.

  • 1 stage - Treat the berry (you can deliver it a little to its hands until the juice appears in small quantity);
  • 2 stage - in an enamelled saucepan to warm water up to 29 degrees (to measure the temperature you can use an electronic thermometer) and pour it into a container where the berries lie, add 500 g. Sugar, mix with a wooden spoon or blades;
  • 3 stage - a bottle or pan, in which there is a cherry with water, carefully cover the gauze so that the smell does not attract flies and midges, to move the container to a dark place for 4 days;
  • 4 stage - on the first day of fermentation, from berries should hear hiss, it means that you did everything right, now it turned out wort;
  • The 5th stage - the wort must be mixed several times a day (can be hand or with a wooden spoon), try to move the top "cap" to the bottom of the bottle);
  • 6 stage - at the end of 4 days (from the moment of processing of berries), it is necessary to make the first filtering of the future wine, through a fine sieve or gauze to break the juice into another container, out of the cake, squeeze all the liquid from the cake and discard it, more cake is not needed;
  • 7 Stage - Add 500 Sugar to wine, mix thoroughly;
  • 8 Stage - in a prepared water bottle with a water bottle, you can also use a conventional medical glove, which is dressed on the neck and are done in one of the "fingers" a small hole, the wine is transferred to a dark place;
  • 9 Stage - After 4 days, add the last portion of the sugar (for this you need a little wine from a bottle, add sugar to it, mix and pour into a total capacity with a drink);
  • 10 stage - when the glove was blown away, make a tasting of wine to sugar, if the wine does not satisfy your taste, add some sugar, according to technology in the 9th stage;
  • 11 Stage - Move wine to a basement or cool, dark place;
  • 12 Stage - every 20 days (when the sediment is formed) the wine must be filtered through the tube.

Wine aging time starts from 60 days. If you are not satisfied with the Fortress of the drink, then you can add vodka into it. On this process of winemaking is completed. Remember, excessive alcohol consumption may harm health.
