Preparation of Alyci to cooking jam

Take the quantity of Alychi required for jam, clean from the fruits and dirt. Rotten and spoiled berries remove. Rinse well under running water. Flush the washed berries on the colander. Delete bones or not - to solve you. Jam can be cooked with bones, and without them.

Of the whole fruits, the jam will be more saturated. But jam from fruits without bones is well suitable for the filling in the pies and for decorating the cakes. From such jam can also be prepared and syrup for impregnation of biscuits.

Cook jam from yellow alchi without seeds

Prepare 2 kg of alchi, 2 kg of sugar. Boost on fire 2 liters of water, pour boiling water to Alychu and boil five minutes on small fire. Rinse berries with cold water, put on the colander. Berries will become soft, cut every fruit in half and take out bones. Place the cooked alley into a clean saucepan. Take the dishes with a non-stick surface, it does not oxidize.

We proceed to cooking syrup:

  • pour 750 ml of water into another saucepan and add sugar there after water boiling. The amount of sugar is regulated depending on the ripeness of Alychi;
  • give the syrup boil. Sugar must dissolve all;
  • pour the syrup in the Council with prepared allych.

Bring the jam to a boil and leave for 40 minutes to appease. Next, boil the jam again, tapping 35-40 minutes until the low heat is ready. Periodically stir the wooden spoon, affecting the bottom of the saucepan. The desert depends on the boiling time. Spread the finished product into sterilized banks and roll up with metal covers.

Cook Yellow Alychi jam with bones

Take 700 g of Alyci, 600 ml of filtered water and 1.2 kg of sugar. The washed and prepared berries are pinched in several places toothpick. Put the fruit in the ass, fill with water and put to boil. Five minutes later, drain the liquid neatly distinguished from Alychi into another saucepan, and fill the berries with cold water.

Further your actions are as follows:

  • prepare syrup. In the jumped decoction, pour sugar and put the vessel on the fire. Boil syrup to dissolve sugar;
  • put Alych in a big basque. Pour ready-made syrup in berries and leave approximately 5-6 hours. It is not necessary to put in the refrigerator;
  • after the time expires, put jam on the stove. As soon as you notice small bubbles on the surface - remove the container from the fire. Leave another 5-7 minutes;
  • repeat the above procedure for the last time. Prepassed jam decompose on sterilized banks;
  • close the cans with covers, turn the jam, look with a warm blanket or plaid and leave overnight. In the morning, let's go to the cellar.

Useful advice

At the readiness of the jam from Alychi, especially with the bone, indicates that bubbles on its surface begin to be knocked back to the center. You must have a transparent syrup in which the berries are clearly visible.

For cooking jam from Yellow Alychi, do not use the vessel from aluminum and copper. During cooking in such a dishes, a lot of useful substances are destroyed, which are kept in the fruits.

Diverse the recipe for jam. Instead of some quantity of Alychi, put as much sweet and sweet apples. Apples in advance, do the cubes in advance. The jam will be more dense and tastes soft. It is ideal as a baking filling.
