How to bake carp in the oven with vegetables and sour cream

Thanks to this recipe, it turns out a delicious and juicy carp, which can be found with vegetables. During the preparation, you can add any additional spices.

What is needed for the preparation of carp:

  • Carp 1.5 kg.
  • Sour cream 20% fatty 200 gr.
  • Onions onions 2 pcs.
  • Carrot 1 pc.
  • Lemon 1 pc.
  • Champignons 300 gr.
  • Salt, pepper to taste.
  • Vegetable oil.

Sequencing:

  • Prepare carp to cooking. To do this, wash it and remove the scaly, head, gills, fins and at the request of the tail. It is also necessary to remove the insides and rinse the fish with water again.
  • Obtain carp lemon juice, salt, pepper and additional spices (optional) on both sides. Give the fish to brew in a cool place for 20-30 minutes.
  • Cut onion and carrots cubes, champignons cut into slices. Fry vegetables and mushrooms on vegetable oil in a pan for 5-7 minutes before grazing. It is best to first add onion first into the pan, then carrots and champignons. 2-3 minutes before the preparation, you need to drop fire to a minimum and stew the mixture under the lid.
  • Put the foil on the baking sheet and put carp on top. In the abdomen, add a root mixture of vegetables and mushrooms. Then close it in any available way, so that during cooking does not eat juice. To do this, you can use thread or toothpicks.
  • On the back of the carp, make parallel vertical cuts and put the lemon slices in them. Then delete the fish sour cream.
  • Heat the oven to 180 degrees and place the carp there. Cook it within an hour until readiness. During cooking, you can turn the carp on the other side to deceive the second side of the sour cream.
  • After cooking, remove the threads or toothpicks and serve the carp along with the filling.

Before serving the dish, you can additionally decorate the greens.

Carp, prepared by such a recipe, is obtained easier and dietary, gentle to taste.

Ingredients:

  • Carp 700-800 gr.
  • Onions 1 pc.
  • Carrot 1 pc.
  • Lemon 1 pc.
  • Salt, pepper to taste.
  • Vegetable oil.

Sequencing:

  • Carpa need to be cleaned from scales and remove the insides, head, fins and gills. Then rinse it with cool water.
  • Cut half rings onions, carrots and lemon.
  • To lay out foil on the tray and mark the chopped onions and carrots on it. Then you need to put the carp and put the lemon slices inward. After that, the fish should be salted and pepped on both sides. Then pour it from above the oil and wrap the carp in two foil layers.
  • In the oven preheated to 180 degrees, you need to put the carp in foil for 35-40 minutes.
