Young potato is much tastier than usual - she is very gentle and she has a peculiar sweet taste. Today, this delicacy can be bought all year round - in large supermarkets it is sold, brought from warm countries. And at least this potato potatoes are quite expensive, but sometimes to pamper your seven delicious dishes. The most delicious is the young potato boiled, especially if it is suited with good sauce or rustic butter.
How to cook young potatoes without peel
Choose the younger potatoes of the same size or after cleaning it, cut to the same pieces. Clean the tubers from the skins. For this, simply shatter them with a knife or a pure metal sponge. Potatoes put in a bowl and fill with cold water. Cover the bowl with a lid and shake the dishes several times - this reception will save potatoes from the residues of a thin skin. Next, boil potatoes like this:
- Lower it in boiling water.
- After 5 minutes, satisfy the water and put the umbrella and laurel leaf into it.
- Boil potatoes for another 10 minutes.
- Squeeze water.
- Hot potatoes fake with cream oil or sour cream.
Young potato is well combined with garlic. Instead of sour cream, feed the sauce from sour cream (200 g), crushed garlic (3-4 teeth), salts (1 tsp), chilled dill (1 tbsp.).
How to cook young potatoes in the peel
For this method, use potatoes of the same size. Wash it under running water with a soft sponge. Fill potatoes with boiling water and send on the stove. After a five-minute boil, put so much salt so that the water is rather salty. Since the potatoes will be cooked in the peel, then the salt will be needed more. Do not be afraid of tubers strongly reduce - the peel will not miss the extra salt. You can also use and spices when cooking: dill, laurel, garlic, onions. After cooking spices, remove. Serve potatoes hot and straight in the peel. It is perfectly suitable for it: herring, fresh vegetables, fried mushrooms. Do not forget to pour into separate wheels, sour cream, ketchup or home adjusts.
Young boiled in the peel potatoes will have to be cleaned. If you do not want to do this, then take ready-made potatoes, sprinkle with olive or vegetable oil. Next, sprinkle with any unsalted spices and decompose into one layer on a leaf for baking. Send potatoes in the oven (200 degrees) and wait until the crispy appetizing crust appears on the tubers. Serve hot.
