How to cook inverter

In almost every store where the welding equipment is sold, you can see the inverter welding machine. Due to its small mass, a protective mechanism with a short circuit, stabilized and uninterrupted current, as well as a small radius of splashing when used, this unit is one of the most sought-after types of such equipment. Those who have not come across the technique of such a plan, you need to know the main rules during operation.

1
The main difference between the conventional welding machine and the inverter is the presence of an electronic unit, with which it is possible to significantly reduce the weight of the aggregate. Thanks to the electronics, the inverter unit is a couple of times more productive than the usual. The presence of a high-quality seam and a durable arc will be especially important for a beginner welder.

2
When operating an inverter welding machine, adhere to security rules. Ultraviolet radiation arising during welding can significantly affect the deterioration of your vision, so we certainly use a protective shield. In order to avoid entering the skin of the chipped metal particles, wear overalls of dense matter and tarpaulin (preferably) gloves.

3
Compared to professional devices, domestic, as a rule, rather weak. Following these considerations, when welding you need to use electrodes with a diameter of no more than 2.5 mm. Thick electrodes flare up very poorly (or do not work at all), so working with them is unbearable. Pay attention to the fact that the coating is not a slot, and the electrodes themselves are not saturated with moisture.

4
"Spot" electrode. If you spend on a metal plane, you will see outbreaks and melting metal - it means that you can start planned.

5
Please note that most of the metals are welded using direct polarity direct current. Place the required current welding for work. Its value depends on the type of work, as well as the diameter of the electrodes.

6
Take the above current depending on the thickness of the electrode and metal exploited. With a metal thickness of 1-3 mm and the electrode used 1-1.5 mm, the current value should be about 20-60 A. if the metal thickness is 5 mm, and the diameter of the electrodes is 3 mm, therefore, the current will increase to 100 A.

7
Suppose if you have to cook two horizontal pipes, start welding the seam from the bottom point. In such cases, welding is carried out from the bottom up, not otherwise. When you joke to the top point, stop and start tapping the second part of the seam.

8
Control the welding process. If you notice that the metal is burned, it means that you need to reduce the welding current. The small current, on the contrary, does not supply the necessary propagation.

One of the advantages of inverter welding machines is that they allow smoothly and without difficulty changing current strength.
