Modernization is performed as follows:

  • In the container, part of its bottom is cut into the circle;
  • From a thick steel sheet, a segment of a circle with an appropriate size is cut out of the grinder;
  • With the help of welding from it, a cone is made, which then should be boiled into the bottom of the cylinder;
  • For convenient operation of the device, the container can be equipped with legs made from fittings;
  • To ensure the release of sand into the air duct of the device at the bottom of its conical bottom, a ball semi-free crane, connected to the proper tee, is collected;
  • In the upper part of the sand cutting capacitance, it is necessary to cut the hole and cut break in it of a prepared pre-inch carbon pipe in it at the end. To close this neck, the plug of the corresponding diameter is manufactured.
  • For emergency removal of air from the tank in case of clogging with the sand of the outlet, an additional semi-free crane is installed in the upper part of the cylinder with a surveillance of a special hole for it.

The hose for air-sand mixture and the air duct can be made from the rubber reinforced sleeve with the inner diameter of half the doors. The air duct connects the inlet hole of the tractility tap with air nozzle of the compressor. A hose for supplying an air-sand mixture is put on the outlet opening of the tee. The ends of the hoses are fixed by plumbing clamps.
