How to reduce the distance between the lines in Word

When working with texts in Microsoft Word, you often need to change the distance, i.e. The interval between the lines. You can do this just in several clicks.

In order to change the distance between the lines, you need to do the following.

1
Select a text, the distance between the lines of which needs to be changed.

2
Go to the “Main” tab, find the “paragraphs” group and choose “intervals”.

3
Select the interval we need, which varies from 1 to 3.

4
In addition, there is an opportunity to set more detailed parameters of intervals, individually, at your discretion. You can do this by clicking on “Other options for between line intervals” in the window that is already familiar to us. You can adjust the indentation, level or simply enter the value of the interval manually.
