The rafter system determines the strength of not only the roof, but also the whole building as a whole. That is why it is important to know the principles and features of its construction.
1
Before proceeding with the work on the installation of rafters, it should be decided on the material for their manufacture. Most often for this tree, less often - metal. The advantages of the tree are the ease of installation and low cost. It is better to use bars of coniferous wood with dimensions of 15x5 centimeters. Depending on the type of roofing material, the height of the skate and the angle of its inclination, this parameter may vary up to the zoom. Also there are often rafters made of wooden boards stitched together. Metal rafters are most often used in the construction of industrial and non-residential objects.
2
The easiest view of the roofs are single-sided. Evaluate the rafter system under the roof of this type is not much difficult. The angle of inclination of the skate is determined in accordance with the peculiarities of the region: the more precipitation - the way it is cooler and, accordingly, on the contrary. However, there is a limit here - the maximum inclination of the skate should not exceed 60 degrees. Since the roofs of this type are most often elevated on non-residential extensions to the main building, to make them better from a leeward side. Mounting rafters follows to the upper vents of the extension and wall of the main building using self-samples, nails or anchors. If your roof width exceeds 6 meters - install the support pillars that can prevent its sagging. The distance between adjacent rafters should not exceed 50-60 centimeters. To increase the supporting capacity of the roof from the side of a higher wall, install the side soaps that make part of its mass and reduce the load on weak nodes.
3
Installation of the rafter system of the bartal roof is much more difficult and requires some preparation. You should start with the manufacture of a template that you will use for basic work. Two boards connect each other with a nail or bolt with nut so that they resemble scissors. Put the bottom ends of the board in those places where the rafter legs will be attached. Align the template so that the place of connecting the boards is in the roof center, and fix it in such a state with the help of a longitudinal crossbar. Now you know the angle of inclination of the slope and the length of the rafter. After that, make another template that will help you with mounting slats on rafters to connect them with each other.
4
The next step is the installation of a rafter farm, the main fasteners of which are nails and self-tapping screws. Using the templates made earlier, make the necessary sizes at the upper ends of the beams. After that, connect them between themselves, accurately observing the angle of inclination of the skates. To enhance the design, the battle is used connecting beams among themselves. The resulting triangle is called a rafter farm. Most often, work on the assembly of all rafting farms is carried out on Earth, after which the finished structures rise upstairs and are installed in predetermined places. To make it easier and simplify work on their installation, it is recommended to use scaffolding.
5
At first, install both extreme farms, enhance them with a pink so that they do not have deviations along the horizontal and vertical level. After that, tighten the rope between them, securing it on the top itself - this is the future horse of your roof. Then collect all the remaining rafting farms, lift them and secure securely. The distance between adjacent rafters should not exceed 60 centimeters. If the distance from the bottom to the top angle of the farm exceeds 2 meters, strengthen it with the help of the sub-project or riglels. If you want to equip the attic floor - it's time to form its perimeter with the help of supporting beams and horizontal crossbars.
Owning the above information, you will be able to independently create such a truly system that will fully comply with all your wishes and reliably protect the house and all people in it from bad weather.
