To obtain a delicious drink, we need to explore only two stages of its preparation. Moreover, the first stage smoothly passes into the second.
So, at first we make Zavskaya. To do this, we cut all the bread into small pieces on the cutting board. Then they need to dry well in the oven or frying pan to a solid state. If you want to get a dark kvass, then some of the crackers intended for the starter, fry to brown.

This part is one third of their total number and is placed separately into the liter bank. Boldly flood the starter crackers with boiling water and watch their swelling with a change in water color. After cooling the mixture and turning it into the taper, add 4 to 5 to it. Sugar spoons, mint and 1/2 h. Spoons of dry yeast.
