Cutting drywall is easy enough, but still worth paying a few minutes to read this instruction. Since if you do something wrong, you will need some time and more material to correct errors. Show some share of patience and care when working with this fragile material, and everything will succeed.
To begin with, try to use complete whole plasterboard sheets where possible. All you have to cut, leave at the end of the work. To measure dimensions, use a construction tape measure or a special T-shaped line for drywall. Apply the marks from one side of the drywall, transfer the marks to the other side using the line. To connect several marks, use a ruler, level or rule. You can use other tools for cutting drywall - like saws, hacksaws or electrolovka. But from the saw you will get an ugly torn edge with jar, and from the electric bike there will be a lot of gypsum dust throughout the apartment.
