What vegetables are needed for puree

Enter vegetables in the Toddler menu with such a sequence:

  • The first puree for the baby prepare from zucchini, broccoli or cauliflower.

Children's menu requires special care in choosing products. For example, imported vegetables are better to bypass the side. Store our recommendations:

  • Vegetables, like the other products, should be only the highest quality.
  • Ideal food for baby - grown in their own farm.
  • No vegetable garden or cottages - buy everything you need, in the market of grandmothers- "private traders".
  • For feeding in winter and spring, use frozen vegetables.
  • Small children eat very little, so all the vegetables on the winter spring will fit even in a small freezer, and you will not find a home zucchini in March.

Ingredients and dishes

For cooking, you will need:

  • Water. It is desirable to spring or bottled "children's", as a last resort, filtered or clamped from under the tap.
  • Vegetables. For a start, there is enough small amounts - a pair of collar cabbage inflorescences or 50 g of zucchini.
  • Breast milk or prepared milk mixture is one tablespoon.
  • The saucepan is better enameled.
  • Pecchushka, fork, sieve or blender - to grind the finished dish.

Salt or other spices do not use - vegetables themselves have a rather pronounced taste and necessary for the body of a person with the number of salts.

Recipe of vegetable puree for kid at 6 months

For the first ads, take one kind of vegetables at a time, a few weeks you can prepare a more complex meal:

  • Put a saucepan with water on fire and bring to a boil.
  • Wash well and cleanse vegetables from the peel, cut or divide into inflorescences.
  • Fold vegetables into water. During cooking, reduce the fire so much so that the water is slightly worried, and did not beat the "key". Check the degree of preparedness of vegetables: if they can be pierced, then they welded. Be careful: you can't digest vegetables.
  • Remove the vegetables with noise, put in a bowl for a blender or a clean bowl. Water from the pan does not pour: it may be more needed.
  • Make a homogeneous puree. In the absence of a blender, use the sieve. If the puree succeeds in dry, add a spoon of vegetable beam to turn your dish in soup.
  • Squeeze a bit of breast milk or prepare 30 g of the dairy mixture. Add to mashed potatoes.
  • Stir. Serve with a smile and kisses!

Recipe vegetable puree for a child from 6 months to a year

For the baby, who has already mastered the "adult" kitchen a little, prepare the dish more complicated:

  • Put cold water (1 l) in a saucepan on fire.
  • Finely cut a quarter of medium carrots and a small bulb, other roots, fold into the saucepan.
  • While cooking vegetable broth, well wash, clean and cut the zucchini, cauliflower, other types of vegetables. Approximate total weight - up to 300 g
  • Boil all vegetables on slow heat until ready. Before removing the saucepan from the fire, add a bit of the dill greenery.
  • Wipe the ready-made mashed potatoes with a plower or blender, pour some ragger if necessary. A child under a year has several teeth up to a year, so you can not cry with homogeneity with a puree: leave a variety of lumps or grains.
  • In the dish, depending on the diet and child preferences, add breast milk, a mixture, olive or butter, a skis or fresh cow or goat milk.
  • Serve puree to the table separately or in combination with meat / fish.
