But despite the pretty beautiful name and expectations and restaurant dishes, prepare it, you will feed our home baked in the omelet. Ordinary meat minced meat. Nevertheless, it is worth learning how to cook this very brizol. It is pretty tasty, especially if it is additionally soldered with mushrooms or cheese.
Products for Brizol
For 4 servings you will need simple products:
- Minced meat - 400 g. Fars take any (pork, beef, chicken or mixed). The meat is better twisted on the meat grinder yourself, because water is often added to the store mince for its larger weight.
- Fresh eggs - 5 pieces. 1 egg you put into mince, and 4 others will be useful to you for each individual serving of the dish.
- Onion - 1 pc. Middle or large size. The magnitude of the bulb depends on how much this spice you like in dishes.
- Garlic - 1 or 2 teeth. Garlic only in the event that you like to put it in the same cutlets.
- Salt and pepper - in taste.
- Wheat flour - 3 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
The frying pan will need a small diameter (18-20 cm). Also prepare a flat dessert plate, which in diameter should be slightly less than a frying pan.
How to cook brizol?
- Onions and garlic in a blender to a large casheling.
- Mix mince, onion, garlic, 1 egg, salt and pepper. In the minced can add any other spices or a little chopped fresh greenery.
- The resulting minced is divided into 4 equal parts.
- Put the first part of the minced meat in a thin cake with a diameter of a little less than a frying pan, on which you will fry a brizol. So that mince does not stick to the cutting board, make it flour. Fly, sprinkle and rolling. The second version of the stuffing rolling into a flat cake: Place the ball from the minced meat between two polyethylene packages and pull the meat product through them.
- In a small bowl, take 1 egg and suck it a little. Fork, take an egg before homogeneity, and then recover it into a prepared dessert plate.
- Pour 1 spoonful oil on the pan and let him warm up.
- In a plate where a whipped egg is located, gently shift the meat thin cake. Watch that the cake does not break and lost the form. As a result of these actions, meat minced meat will be like floating in the egg.

- When the whipped egg under the minced meat is roasted, and mince lights a little, flip the brizol with a blade and roasted it to a crust on the other side.
- The remaining three servings of dishes are cooking in the same way.
Serve the brizol on the table in the hot. Having placed it on a plate, put a few grated cheese, fried mushrooms or fresh greens on one half. Close the second half of the brizol - to do this twice.
