What is in labor experience

Labor experience is a common time (duration) of labor, social activities. Also, individual periods are added here, in which the citizen did not work, but the ability to count this period of time in labor experience.

The concept of "work experience" appears in the Federal Law "On labor pensions". Information about the labor activity of a person is recorded in the employment record. There are several varieties of employment experience:

General (this is all useful labor activities at anicultural age, which is taken into account when calculating pensions - by age, for the disability of the Ave.).
Continuous (affects the receipt of any cash payments of an additional plan: subsidy for housing, an increase in benefit, a lump-sum remuneration, a salary, pensions, sanatorium vouchers, additional leave, etc.; On the size of the pension, this experience does not affect).
Insurance (includes those periods of time, during which a person paid contributions to the PF; it is on its basis that an old age pension is appointed).
Special experience (period of time of work for any position, profession, in a certain industry, terrain, etc.).

When calculating the overall employment experience, breaks in the activity are not important, the main thing is the total number of actually spent time. In addition to employment, also in labor experience includes:

study at the university;
child care (for 1.5 g. Maximum for 4 children, i.e. no more than 6 years in total);
decree (obtaining social benefits due to temporary disability);
the period of state of unemployment;
service period in the ATS, army, in bodies, institutions of the criminal correctional system;
disabled care, for a person who has been 80 years old;
vacation period, hospital;
public work;
stay in prison, colony, reference, repressing (subject to subsequent rehabilitation);
the period when a citizen does not work, but voluntarily makes contributions to PF;
stay with his spouse during the redistribution of the civil servant to other terrain for employment.

The described periods in the experience include, provided that directly in front of them (after them) there was a labor activity at least 1 day, and there were deductions to PF. Remember that the experience is needed to obtain a citizen of various compensation, guarantees. Therefore, it is worth thinking about the future, not to live today.
