  • crab sticks - 1 Packaging (240 g)
  • eggs - 6-8 pcs.
  • rice - 1 Stack
  • canned corn - 1 bank

  • salt to taste
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp.

Now we will deal with the preparation of salad:

  1. Crab sticks are usually always in a frozen form, so get them so that they defrost
  2. In the meantime, I wash the eggs well, pour with water and put the marina for 10 minutes. They will be screwed. When the eggs are welded, fill them with cold water, so that they are cooled, and so it will be easier to clean the shell.
  3. While the eggs are cooking and crab sticks are deficsed, prepare for a salad rice. Pour in a liter feather and a half water. Put it on fire so that water boils and salt to taste. Rinse the rice under running water, pour it into boiling water. Boil it in this way, constantly stirring, 15-20 minutes. The main thing is not to digest it, rice should crumble, and not stick together like porridge.
  4. After the rice was welded, pour it into a colander and rinse with a warm water. It is desirable that it is boiled. And we cool up so that you can use the salad.
  5. We open the packaging already frosthed crab sticks. Remove individual cellophane packaging from each stick and cut. Pour the container in which we will do the salad itself.
  6. Eggs clean from the shell, my good to remove the smallest crumbs of the shell, which often can spoil the entire salad. Now we cut their cubes and pour out to the crab sticks.
  7. Open corn bank, drain the whole liquid from it and pour the contents into the salad container.
  8. We take green onions, my good and finely cut. Pour to the rest of the ingredients.
