Fragments of the reinforcement belt are much more convenient to prepare separately behind the formwork and insert them then inside, connecting into a metal frame belt. From the reinforcement we make the number of details you need, bending them with the letter "P". Detail of the jumper will be installed in the foundation on its width. From this we conclude that the length of the reinforcement belt will be less than the width of the foundation by 95-130 mm. The ending will be vertically, and its length should also not diverge by parameters and have the same dimensions (95-130 mm) below the foundation height. Elements must be calculated, focusing on the length of the foundation. P-shaped parts We will put approximately half a meter from each other at a distance.

After the manufacture of P-shaped parts, we put them with the lower jumper on the ground at an approximate half-meter distance one from the other. Previously, the pegs are harvested in the soil next to the P-shaped parts and tie the wire so that they do not fall. The length of the fragments of reinforcement, for the convenience of laying in the formwork, produce three meters long. Two reinforcement rods three meters long laying inside the P-shaped part on the corners and weld with wire into the frame. At the twenty-sentimeter height, the details welded two reinforcement rods, also three-meter length. In such an easy way, we made the lower part of the fragment of the reinforcement belt.

Connect adjacent segments, making connections are the same as we told you before. We overlap the rods by 20 cm and make twists from the wire - for each connection at least 2.
After performing connections at the corners, we consider laying of reinforcement for the foundation of the finished. In the same way, we make all the belt for the remaining walls of the foundation. Upon completion of all work on styling fittings, fill the foundation concrete.
