Owners of old wooden houses are often faced with the problem of sending the foundation. Strengthening the old foundation. Minor damage to the old base is eliminated by the following scheme:

Creating a new foundation. To strengthen the wooden house, originally erected without reason, perform the installation of a new belt foundation. The construction of the reference design passes according to the following scheme. First of all, on the outside of the construction, the trench is replete with a 1-1.5 bayonet shovel. Then reinforced concrete piles are installed under the lower crowns. The bottom of the trench is lined with a sandy pillow, slightly moisturize it and carefully tamper.
