How to assemble a box?

Quite often we are looking for a suitable, colorful packaging for your surprise. Why run to the store and spend funds, because the technology of manufacturing the box is pretty simple. Knowing it, you can make the packaging of the desired size. Why not add something personal to your gift?

Rectangular box

Such packing outside look like a rectangular packaging, but when it is open, there is a smaller hidden square box inside. It is manufactured using a single piece of paper, so there is no need to use scissors and glue, and the cover is built into the box itself.

Take a sheet of paper (30 x 30 cm) and fold it in half. Open back, turn 90 ° and turn over again.
Expand the paper and keep it with the underside. Roll in half. Turn 180 ° and repeat. Open paper. Now it should be divided into 8 rectangles.
The bottom is wrapped up to the 1st horizontal fold. Turn 180 ° and repeat. Open back. Middle 4 rectangles should now be divided into 8 smaller rectangles.
Wrap the top corners of the sheet so that they meet the 2nd fold and lower angle.

Turn over paper. Wrap the front lower part until half of the fold. Turn 180 ° and repeat. Then these flap roll down half.
Raise the valves. You must have 2 triangles. Open them to create a rectangle. Make it on both sides.
Turn the folded paper. The valves that you just did, now have to be below. You need to wrap them on the fore.
To create a box, lift the valves that have just created. It will be the sides of your box.

On the sides, 2 folds should be released, which will be the lid of your box.
Holding the sides with raised, lift and pull the lid on yourself. Two other squares are the sides of the packaging.
The lid consists of two parts. From the inside of each flap you can see two triangular pockets. To close the box, wrap alternately two covers. Now fill the box with a gift and tie it up with a bright ribbon.

Box "Matryoshka" from the workpiece

You can please a friend box made on the finished pattern. Load the sample in three sizes (mini, medium and large), and then following by simply step-by-step instructions, create a box-matryoshka. Choose your size: mini - (5.5 x 5.5 x 5.5 cm), medium - (8.5 x 8.5 x 8.5 cm), large (14.5 x 14.5 x 14, 5 cm).

Medium box:

It is best to type a layout on cardboard or matte photographic paper. An ordinary office leaf is too thin, so it is usually strengthened with cardboard.
Using the ruler and the stationery knife (or scissors), cut all parts of the template. One of the parts (far left in the photo) has an upper cut. Come on the stupid end of the scissors along the bending line of the layout.

Find the most part of the template and fasten with glue or bilateral scotching protrusions.
Attach other parts of the template to the bend.

Raise the side of the box and using the protrusions, connect the sides with each other. Box ready for use.

Mini-box:

Cut the blank according to the template. Bend four sides in the form of a bowl. The billet will have a flap that protrude out in each of the four angles.

Grasp the ends in four corners of the box and bend them around the left and right side.
Build the sides of the box in the stapler or stick. The second mini-box is ready.

Big box:

Cut all parts of the template (according to the pattern of medium packaging, just increase the dimensions). Stick together the edges of a large billet (left) with the left end of a smaller size.

Side bends wake glue and connect together.

Your boxes are ready. Now you can invest alone in one and reliably hide surprise.

Boxes - houses

Such packages are slightly different from ordinary boxes due to the original design of the lid.

Cut your paper up to size 30.5 x 23 cm. In the width of the leaf, swipe the line from the edge to the edge 2, 6, 13, 18, 25 and 29 cm.
Turn the paper by 90 degrees to perform transverse lines at a distance of 5 and 18 cm.
Fold the workpiece along the marked lines. Cap two medium lines to transverse fold (they are marked in blue).

Apply two-way tape or glue into 2 central squares that you just did, and on two rectangular parts to the right of squares.
The big side of the sheet forms the top of the box, and the smaller - will form the sides. Spread the face of the sheet on the table. Raise one of the square flaps and attach it to the rear rectangular part, on which there is tape or glue. Raise clean flap and connect it with a glued valve. Do the same with the other side.

Take the box and fold the top to form triangles on each of its sides.
Use several clothespins or twine to secure the top of your rectangular boxes.

It would seem that the above councils are quite primitive, but in practice there are many cases when people are difficult to build bulk packaging of the desired size.
