To begin with, we are determined with the height of our new ceiling. If the lamps are mounted in it, the distance from the old should be at least 10 cm. If you do not want to reduce the height of the ceiling in the room, then retreat from the old ceiling to the minimum distance. On the perimeter of the entire room on the walls we make markup with the help of a building level or a hydraulic level. On these lines, we fix dowels UD profiles (such are used only on the walls). Insert CD profiles in them - it will be the basis of our framework. Between themselves the profile is attached with the help of self-tapping screws. The distance between CD profiles is not more than a meter, and they must be fixed on the ceiling with special suspensions, step 60-80 centimeters.

When the frame will be ready, do not forget to immediately make the placement of the lamps, install fastening for them and conduct wiring.

Now it is necessary to install plastic P-shaped profiles around the perimeter of the entire room. To begin with, measure the required length of the profile for each wall and secure them on the UD profiles with the help of a press washer, the most tightly pressing the wall.

Cut the bands of plastic panels you need (measuring from the wall to the wall). If, on the contrary, there are not enough strip length, the bands can be connected using a H-shaped molding. The panels are inserted into it on both sides, and so that the ends are not visible, they are hiding in the starting moldings or cornice.

The final stage is the installation of plastic panels themselves. Fill the design is starting from the wall, insert the first plastic strip in a spike direction to the wall. Fix it with self-draws along the entire length. We continue to fill the design with panels. Between themselves, they are connected by entering the groove of the next panel in the grooves installed. So fill the entire ceiling. As you need, we make holes where the lamps will be installed, we take the wires in them.

Installation and consolidation of the last panel is the most difficult moment, as it must be measured not only in length, but also to fit into the width of the residual space from the previous panel to the wall. In the width, it is cut off with a sharp knife so that it snaps into the grooves of the previous panel and the guide profile, and the gaps and gaps have not formed anywhere.
