Under the melodious word "Lazagna" means nothing more than an Italian pasta, baked with various types of minced meat in the oven. The lasagna pasta familiar to us is distinguished by the shape: square or rectangular flat sheets. In recent years, this Italian dish is gaining increasing popularity among us. Ingredients:

  • Flour of solid varieties - 1 tbsp.;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp.;
  • Salt - 3 g

Prepare ingredients. Sift flour on the table. Make a funnel flour in the resulting hill, in which pour the mixture of eggs, salt and olive oil.

Making circular movements on the inner circle of the resulting funnel, mixing with small portions of flour with the other ingredients. You should not immediately try to break all the lumps, it will happen gradually. When the dough becomes a little elastic, continue to wash your hands.

On the flour-grained table, roll out the dough with a thin layer, preferably the right shape. Cut the sharp knife the resulting layer on the same rectangles or squares. Stay on the table and dry sheets for 15-20 minutes.

Boil with a small amount of olive oil in a wide saucepan. Throw sheets into boiling water and peel for 5 minutes. Lazagna sheets are ready.

Prepared sheets can be immediately laid into the form for baking, alternating them with minced meat, cheese. As a minced meat: chopped meat, mushrooms, vegetables, seafood, fruit. Sauces are very popular, for example, Beshamel sauce.
